The success of a commercial foodservice operation often hinges on its layout. Whether it’s a restaurant, food truck, concession stand, institutional kitchen, or banquet facility, each requires a unique flow to function efficiently. Thoughtful design is key to establishing that rhythm. Our Design and Projects Department is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the process—whether remodeling or launching a new venture—from the initial concept to equipment delivery and installation.
Our new CAD design services include detailed layout plans with top-down and elevation views, on-site measurements, and comprehensive equipment and utility schedules, in coordination with appropriate third parties. We’ll develop a complete master equipment layout plan that features specification sheets and price quotes, working closely with operators and their licensed architects or contractors to ensure a smooth, coordinated buildout.
These design services make kitchen setup simple and efficient, allowing owners to strategically place equipment for optimal workflow and performance.
Our CAD design and buildout expert offers tailored services for your foodservice project, including (but not limited to):
- Site visits, (in metro Atlanta area)
- Master plan development and consultation
- Equipment layout for client review and signed approval
- A scaled, hardline floor plan with equipment items for client review
- Design services for new or renovated facilities
- Concessions layout, kitchen layout, serveries design & bar design
- Equipment budget estimates
- Submittal review
- Equipment evaluation & reporting
- Estimated replacement costs
These services are designed to ensure that each piece of equipment is strategically placed in the optimal environment, while also supporting businesses in setting up for long-term success. A one-time fee starting at $2,000 is charged at the time of contract signing for all consultation and planning services related to a basic restaurant kitchen design. If 100% of the recommended equipment is purchased through us, 50% of the design fee will be refunded upon contract completion. The design contract remains valid for one year.
